Nemotek Technologie is a provider of Wafer Level Cameras.

This Wafer Level Camera combines its Wafer Level Optics and its Wafer Level Packaging solutions bringing a small form factor and high performance Camera.

This Wafer Level Camera, made of reflow compatible material, is the result of a Wafer level Lens mounted on top of a packaged sensor and associated with an additional shielding (Housing).

The manufacturing process uses fewer components, saves time and production costs for the customers in comparison to the conventional camera manufacturing. It allows successful SMT mounting of the cameras at standard high temperature as used in the mounting of other devices on printed circuit boards. The Final WLC is scalable from VGA to Higher Megapixel resolutions and is sensor resolution dependent.

Nemotek offers a fully tested camera from design, manufacturing to testing.

Nemotek Technologie is able to test the WLCs’ technical specifications relative to each customer’s expectations, guaranteeing the highest performing, quality products.

Through a series of in-house electrical, image characterization and camera characterization tests, the company is continuing its commitment to provide customers with high quality, low-defect customized wafer-level solutions.
