Nemotek Technologie is a provider of Wafer Level Cameras, which combine Wafer Level Optics and Wafer Level Packaging solutions, allowing to have a small form factor and a high performance.
This Wafer Level Camera, made of reflow compatible material, is the result of a Wafer level Lens mounted on top of a packaged sensor and associated with an additional shielding (Housing).
The manufacturing process uses fewer components, saves time and production costs for the customers in comparison to the conventional camera manufacturing. It allows successful SMT mounting of the cameras at a standard high temperature as used in the mounting of other devices on printed circuit boards. The Final WLC is scalable from VGA to Higher Megapixel resolutions and is sensor resolution dependent.
