Nemotek Technologie manufactures customized Wafer-Level Cameras for portable applications. We are a provider of customized design, manufacturing and testing services of Wafer-Level Packaging (WLP), Wafer-Level Optics (WLO) and Wafer-Level Cameras (WLC). Nemotek Technologie’s unique offerings, from optics to packaging, allow customers and partners to work with one source for all wafer-level needs.
Established in May 2008, Nemotek Technologie is funded by Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (CDG), one of the largest investment firms in Morocco. The company’s headquarters is in the Rabat Technopolis Park, in Morocco.
At this Park, Nemotek Technologie has opened a 12,000 m² state-of-the-art facility including a clean room (Class 10, 100 and 1,000) with world-class manufacturing services. The facility is highly-equipped and managed by a skilled, multi-cultural team of technical professionals with experience in which allows chip scale packaging
Customized Wafer-Level Solutions
Nemotek Technologie is the world’s first provider of both the OptiMLTM Wafer-Level Optics and SHELLCASE® Wafer-Level Packaging technologies. This allows customers to work with one partner for all their wafer-level needs.
The WLC is reflow compatible and offers VGA to multi-mega pixel resolutions while eliminating manual focus adjustment.
The WLO also features reflow compatibility, but in a miniaturized form factor with reduced components and up to 50% size reduction.
The WLP is a highly flexible design that provides Through Silicon Via (TSV) which allows chip scale packaging. This technology is one of the few qualified to fully support JEDEC MSL1 Standard.
All of Nemotek Technologie’s offerings are customizable and available for portable applications, such as mobile phones, laptops, automotive and medical.
